People Before And After Exercises

If you work out now and then, you know that you look completely crazy after a spinning or jogging class. Your sweaty, your hair is all over the place, your cheeks are red, and you look awful, but most people does after exercising hard. French photographer Sacha Goldberger has asked random joggers in a park near Paris to pose for him after sprinting around.
